Join Qorvo as a Staff Product Engineer in Singapore and take the lead in driving our New Product Introduction (NPI) to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the end-to-end NPI-to-HVM execution for assigned product lines, ensuring a seamless transition from prototype to mass production.
- Analyze test yield data and implement strategic improvements to maximize efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex engineering challenges and resolve root causes of failures.
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure products strictly adhere to all specifications and industry standards.
- Optimize production productivity by identifying process gaps and introducing best practices in semiconductor assembly and test.
- Generate comprehensive reports on product performance, yield trends, and manufacturing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) or semiconductor manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes, including wafer handling, packaging, and testing.
- Proven track record of successfully managing products through the NPI and HVM phases.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a specific focus on yield enhancement and quality assurance.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to mentor junior engineers and collaborate with global teams.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable.
