Qorvo is looking for a highly skilled Staff Product Engineer to join our expanding team in Singapore. This is a newly created, strategic role designed for a seasoned professional who thrives at the intersection of product development, yield optimization, and high-volume manufacturing.
As a Staff Product Engineer, you will serve as the technical lead for complex RF and connectivity products, driving improvements in product performance, cost-efficiency, and time-to-market. You will collaborate with cross-functional design, test, and quality teams to ensure our semiconductor solutions meet the rigorous demands of global wireless markets. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the product engineering lifecycle for high-performance semiconductor products from new product introduction (NPI) through to mass production.
- Drive yield enhancement initiatives by conducting thorough failure analysis and root cause investigations for testing and manufacturing excursions.
- Collaborate with Design and Test Engineering teams to define and optimize test programs, ensuring high quality while minimizing cost of test.
- Analyze large datasets to identify performance trends and implement continuous process improvements.
- Coordinate with global manufacturing sites to resolve production bottlenecks and quality issues effectively.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex troubleshooting and characterization methodologies.
- Support customer returns and quality audit processes, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in product engineering, specifically within the semiconductor or RF industry.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, wafer sort, and final test methodologies.
- Proven expertise in data analysis tools such as JMP, Excel, or Python for statistical process control (SPC).
- Strong knowledge of RF/Analog/Mixed-signal circuit design principles and test characterization techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to work effectively in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.
- Self-motivated professional capable of leading technical projects with minimal supervision.
