Tanggung Jawab
- Lead product sustaining initiatives for logistics systems post-mass production
- Design and implement engineering solutions to ensure product continuity and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, supply chain, R&D) to resolve technical issues
- Develop and maintain product documentation, specifications, and improvement plans
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for production-related problems
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on logistics engineering best practices
- Monitor product performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in product engineering, logistics, or semiconductor manufacturing
- Expertise in product lifecycle management and sustaining engineering processes
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in technical documentation and engineering standards (e.g., ISO, IPC)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead cross-functional projects
- Experience with logistics software, ERP systems, and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of semiconductor industry standards and quality management systems
