Micron Semiconductors is seeking a visionary and experienced Staff Product Owner to lead our Quality Management System (QMS) initiatives in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to developing cutting-edge Industry 4.0 quality solutions, lead global cross-functional projects, and optimize processes to ensure superior quality standards across our semiconductor operations.
You will define and execute the product roadmap for our next-generation QMS platform, integrating IoT, predictive analytics, and automation to drive digital transformation in quality assurance. As a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will prioritize features, manage backlogs, and deliver high-impact solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce defects, and accelerate time-to-market.
Your leadership will empower a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data-driven insights and Lean methodologies to achieve operational excellence. You will also mentor junior product owners and contribute to strategic planning across global sites. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with business objectives.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the development team delivers maximum value through iterative releases.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and translate them into user stories and technical specifications.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and deployment of Industry 4.0 quality solutions, including real-time monitoring, predictive analytics, and automated quality gates.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QMS processes, tools, and methodologies, optimizing quality, efficiency, and compliance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions, managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in semiconductor quality management, advocating for innovative approaches.
- Mentor and coach junior product owners and team members, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a quality management or manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying software solutions in a regulated industry (semiconductor or electronics experience is a strong plus).
- Deep understanding of Quality Management Systems, standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949), and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and experience in leading Agile teams as a Product Owner.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts, IoT, data analytics, and AI/ML applications in quality.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence across functions and levels.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
