Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive product testing strategies and validation plans for semiconductor components.
- Analyze complex test data and test results to identify root causes of defects and drive process improvements.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using programming languages (e.g., Python, C/C++) to increase test efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and Engineering teams to define technical specifications and test criteria.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for product failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians on testing methodologies, tools, and quality standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal quality management systems (QMS) and industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in product testing, quality assurance (QA), or semiconductor validation.
- Strong proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, C, or C++ for test automation.
- Deep understanding of testing methodologies, test fixtures, and measurement equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
- Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) and lab automation software (e.g., LabVIEW) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural, global team environment.
