Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain optimal manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production line interruptions and implement effective corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and upgrade existing production equipment.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to provide actionable insights for management reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across the facility.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure high machinery uptime through proactive preventive maintenance programs.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Production Engineer or in a similar manufacturing operations role.
- Strong knowledge of production scheduling, quality control, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in CAD software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, or equivalent).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen principles.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
