Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and measure raw ingredients according to standard recipes and specifications.
- Operate kitchen machinery and cooking equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor cooking and filling processes to ensure consistent product quality and taste.
- Perform visual and sensory quality checks on finished puddings before packaging.
- Execute filling and packaging operations while adhering to hygiene protocols.
- Maintain strict cleanliness and organization of the production area at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and minimize food waste.
- Follow all food safety regulations and workplace health and safety guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational qualification (SMK) in hospitality or food production.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or F&B production is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurement of ingredients.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, holidays, and public holidays.
- Understanding of basic food hygiene and safety standards.
- A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
