Join Seagate Technology as a Staff Program/Project Manager in Supply Chain Operations and take the lead in transforming our global logistics landscape. Your responsibilities will encompass end-to-end project lifecycle management, from initial planning and stakeholder engagement to execution, monitoring, and successful delivery. You will leverage your expertise in supply chain operations, project management methodologies, and change management principles to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of leading high-impact projects in the manufacturing and logistics sector, someone who can navigate complex challenges, drive results, and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end program management for global supply chain optimization initiatives
- Develop and execute strategic project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and success metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and IT to ensure alignment and successful implementation
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
- Drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes through data-driven decision making
- Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, providing regular updates and presenting project progress to senior leadership
- Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies
- Mentor and develop project management talent within the supply chain organization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in program/project management within manufacturing or logistics sector
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex global logistics and supply chain transformation projects
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Lean) and tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Experience with supply chain technologies and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Supply Chain (CSCP, CPIM) is highly desirable
