Join the forward-thinking team at Yayasan Pendidikan Dan Pengajaran Pahoa as a dedicated Staff Proyek MEP for the construction of the prestigious Sekolah Pahoa Crown Gading in Bekasi. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support our MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a landmark educational facility, ensuring that the infrastructure is built to the highest standards of quality and safety.
In this role, you will act as a key link between the design team and the construction site. You will assist in coordinating MEP works, reviewing technical drawings, and monitoring on-site progress. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the coordination and supervision of MEP works on site for the Sekolah Pahoa Crown Gading project.
- Review and verify MEP drawings, specifications, and technical documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project schedules and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety protocols and building regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers regarding material delivery and installation progress.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to the Project Manager.
- Ensure all MEP installations meet local engineering codes and project requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (MEP specialization).
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or construction site supervision.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team and under pressure.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
