Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including preparing Purchase Orders (PO), sending inquiries, and tracking deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials.
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and logistics teams to align purchasing schedules with production requirements and inventory needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and assess their capabilities, pricing, and reliability.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and payment schedules with vendors to secure the best value for the company while maintaining strong relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and market price fluctuations to optimize stock availability and reduce procurement costs.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, ISO standards, and relevant local regulations.
- Resolve any discrepancies, delays, or quality issues with suppliers efficiently and professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
