Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the full procurement cycle, from identifying needs to processing purchase orders and receiving goods.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with vendors to secure the best value for the company.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current suppliers to ensure reliability and quality.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and assess their capabilities.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to prevent stockouts.
- Analyze purchasing data and market trends to recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
