Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing cycle, from receiving purchase requisitions to order placement and final delivery confirmation.
- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable vendors and suppliers to ensure the best quality materials at competitive prices.
- Negotiate terms of purchase, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms, to optimize company savings.
- Coordinate closely with production and logistics departments to align purchasing activities with operational schedules and inventory needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) while maintaining accurate and up-to-date procurement documentation.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and new product availability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to review contracts, invoices, and pricing structures.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a plus.
