As a Staff Purchasing at PT Wijaya Manggala Premier Lestari, you will play a crucial part in our operational success. You will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating favorable contracts, and coordinating logistics to support our distribution network. Your expertise will help streamline our inventory processes and directly contribute to our ability to meet market demands for high-quality poultry products. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for raw materials, packaging, and supplies required for egg production and sales.
- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and product quality.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with vendors to maximize company savings and efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing team to align purchasing strategies with sales targets and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs to prevent stockouts and optimize supply chain flow.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities within the poultry and food industry.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of the egg industry or general food manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
