Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance plans and procedures to ensure product conformance to specifications and regulatory standards.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for quality improvement and defect reduction.
- Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective/preventive actions using structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Apply Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and other continuous improvement tools to optimize quality performance.
- Conduct internal quality audits and support external customer and certification body audits (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and ensure robust product launches.
- Prepare and present quality reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators to management and stakeholders.
- Evaluate new product designs for manufacturability and quality risks, providing feedback to design teams during NPI.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 5 years of quality assurance experience, preferably in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industries.
- Thorough knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001).
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and experience with SPC, FMEA, PPAP, and APQP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in cross-functional teams and influencing change.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
