Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years of QA experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing
- Expertise in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins)
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing QA teams
- Deep understanding of quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- Proficiency in defect tracking systems and statistical analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
