Indra Angkola is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QHSE Staff to join our team in Palembang. As a key member of our operational excellence team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment across all company projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE policies and procedures to ensure workplace safety and operational compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of QHSE records, incident reports, and internal safety training materials.
- Facilitate emergency response drills and safety induction programs for new employees and contractors.
- Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and waste management protocols.
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve safety non-conformities and improve operational processes.
- Participate in accident investigations and root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a QHSE or similar role, preferably in an industrial or construction environment.
- Possess a valid K3 General certification (Sertifikat K3 Umum) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian safety regulations, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence safety culture at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis for reporting purposes.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate high attention to detail, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
