Sanbe Farma is seeking a meticulous and highly skilled Staff Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our expanding construction project team in Bandung. As a key member of our engineering division, you will be responsible for the comprehensive financial and contractual management of our facilities projects. Your expertise will ensure that all construction activities are executed within budget, adhering to strict quality standards, and progressing according to the project timeline.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage accurate cost estimates and budgets for company construction projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and verify that physical work aligns with the billed estimates.
- Review and validate contractor progress claims, ensuring all valuations are accurate and contractually compliant.
- Prepare detailed bills of quantities (BoQ) and coordinate tender processes for new project packages.
- Identify and analyze potential cost risks, recommending mitigation strategies to the project management team.
- Manage variations and change orders, ensuring proper documentation and financial justification for all adjustments.
- Produce regular financial reports detailing project expenditure versus forecasted budgets.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding financial milestones and contractual obligations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in Quantity Surveying or construction project cost control.
- Strong proficiency in reading structural/architectural drawings and construction specifications.
- Advanced analytical skills and high attention to detail for precise estimations.
- Expertise in industry-standard software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and project management tools).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian construction regulations, procurement processes, and contract law.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage vendor and contractor relationships effectively.
- Strong integrity and ethical standard in financial management.
