- Develop and formulate new food products based on market trends and consumer preferences
- Conduct research on ingredients, processes, and technologies to improve product quality and nutritional value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and quality assurance
- Test and evaluate product prototypes for taste, texture, shelf life, and nutritional content
- Document all formulation processes, results, and improvements according to company standards

- Participate in product scaling and transfer from laboratory to production
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in food product formulation and development
- Strong knowledge of food ingredients, processing methods, and quality standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with product testing, sensory evaluation, and quality control procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical information clearly
- Proficiency in relevant software and laboratory equipment
