You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from performing rigorous training needs analyses to executing comprehensive candidate sourcing strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis (TNA) to align staff skills with company objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interviewing.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
- Build and maintain a robust database of potential candidates through proactive sourcing.
- Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the organization.
- Maintain and update recruitment metrics, providing regular reports to HR management.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal company hiring policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment or Human Resources.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, psychological testing, and interview techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Based in or willing to work in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
