You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from crafting compelling job advertisements to conducting deep-dive interviews and facilitating onboarding processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies, including posting vacancies across various job portals and social media channels.
- Conduct comprehensive screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and administer psychological tests and assessments, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate subsequent stages with department heads.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with precision and confidentiality.
- Prepare detailed interview reports and provide valuable insights for hiring managers.
- Manage end-to-end candidate communication to ensure a positive and professional employer brand experience.
- Support the HR department in various administrative tasks related to onboarding and talent management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate screening techniques.
- Proficiency in administering and interpreting psychological testing (e.g., DISC, MBTI, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with digital recruitment tools.
