Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Manage comprehensive HR administration including employee records and documentation
  • Monitor employee discipline and compliance with company policies
  • Execute accurate payroll processing and disbursement
  • Oversee BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan administration
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends

Kualifikasi

  • S1 degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR administration
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and BPJS requirements
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets
