Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and output quality
- Lead initiatives to minimize production defects (broken rates) and reduce cost of goods sold (HPP)
- Conduct applied research to develop innovative production methodologies
- Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to implement process enhancements
- Document research outcomes and maintain operational procedure documentation
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in R&D or production optimization roles
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in production data analysis and quality control systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and cost reduction strategies
