Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze transportation data and network constraints to design optimal delivery routes that balance cost and efficiency.
- Monitor daily fleet performance and adjust schedules in real-time to meet strict service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics coordinators and warehouse managers, to resolve operational challenges.
- Implement and maintain transportation management systems (TMS) and route planning software.
- Prepare detailed reports on route performance, cost analysis, and efficiency metrics for management review.
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to validate route plans and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Propose innovative logistics solutions to reduce carbon footprint and enhance sustainability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in route planning, logistics analysis, or transportation management.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or TMS).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
