Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, contact, and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, including travel agencies and corporate accounts.
- Create and present compelling travel package proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design promotional campaigns and special offers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adjust sales tactics.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering responsive, personalized service.
- Assist in the coordination of travel itineraries, confirming bookings and managing any arising issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the tourism, hospitality, or travel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Resultâoriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastâpaced environment.
- Fluent in Indonesian (both written and spoken); English is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours when required.
