Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify, contact, and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, including travel agencies and corporate accounts.
  • Create and present compelling travel package proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design promotional campaigns and special offers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adjust sales tactics.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering responsive, personalized service.
  • Assist in the coordination of travel itineraries, confirming bookings and managing any arising issues.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the tourism, hospitality, or travel industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Result‑oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fluent in Indonesian (both written and spoken); English is a plus.
