Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate products.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor to optimize customer shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) systems and ensure all administrative records are up to date.
- Analyze daily and weekly sales data to track performance and identify areas for service improvement.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and regular stock-taking audits.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure long-term brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; relevant retail experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and retail management software.
- Highly organized with a meticulous approach to administrative tasks and documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
