Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve regional revenue targets and business growth.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across target markets in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering and product teams to provide customer-focused technical solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and value propositions.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports for regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B technical sales, preferably within the manufacturing, electronics, or laser industry.
- Strong understanding of consultative sales processes and lead generation techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Malay.
- Ability to interpret technical product specifications and translate them into customer-centric business value.
- Highly self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
