Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell all product variants to industrial and retail customers
- Develop new sales networks and business opportunities in Jakarta and Cikarang
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Familiarity with the Jakarta and Cikarang market is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
