Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Prepare and present compelling product demonstrations and sales proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Accurately track sales activities using CRM systems and provide regular performance reports
- Participate in sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in B2B or B2C environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in team settings
- Target-driven mindset with demonstrable track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for effective client communication
