As a Staff Sales Representative, you will be responsible for fostering a high-performance culture. You will work closely with the sales team to sharpen their acquisition strategies, monitor daily sales performance, and ensure that payment collection processes are streamlined and efficient. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to identify and acquire new customer segments.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and individual performance metrics to ensure target attainment.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting to closing deals.
  • Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payment collection from clients.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase market penetration.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends for management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in any field (Marketing or Business Management preferred).
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a sales supervisory or team leader role, ideally within the retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of coaching and motivating diverse teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software for reporting and sales tracking.
  • Deep understanding of the Purwokerto market dynamics and local consumer behavior.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region as required.
