PT Suryamas Cipta Sentosa is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Staff Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Bangka Belitung. As a Staff Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company in the field. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing retail partners, acquiring new distribution points, and ensuring our product availability is maximized. We are looking for an individual who is energetic, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field to achieve ambitious sales goals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with retail store owners and key stakeholders in the assigned territory.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for assigned product lines.
- Ensure optimal product distribution and visibility in all designated retail outlets.
- Execute promotional activities and product displays effectively to drive consumer engagement.
- Conduct regular market visits to gather competitor intelligence and identify new growth opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, stock status, and market feedback to the management team.
- Manage inventory replenishment and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely product delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Maximum 30 years old.
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/Sederajat) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in Sales, specifically within the Retail or FMCG industry.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle for field mobility.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict sales deadlines.
- Familiarity with the Bangka Belitung region is highly preferred.
