Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new clients across School, Travel, and Corporate segments.
- Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure mutual value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Provide regular sales activity reports and market feedback to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role (fresh graduates with high motivation are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage a high volume of leads and appointments.
- Knowledge of the Bandung market and local business landscape is a distinct advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
