- Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules on critical hardware systems to ensure maximum uptime.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve complex hardware failures effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to implement equipment upgrades and process improvements.
- Maintain detailed documentation and maintenance logs in compliance with industry quality standards.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics to identify potential risks and initiate corrective actions before downtime occurs.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices for hardware handling and maintenance procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and cleanroom operating standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in hardware maintenance within a semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical schematics and manuals.
- Proficiency in using specialized diagnostic tools and test equipment.
- Proven track record in managing equipment reliability and reducing unscheduled downtime.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team.
