Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive preventive maintenance on all hardware systems and equipment
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and system improvements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize hardware performance and reliability
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and ensure availability of necessary resources
- Train junior technicians on maintenance procedures and best practices
- Stay updated with the latest hardware technologies and maintenance methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in hardware preventive maintenance
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking equipment, and industrial machinery
- Certification in hardware maintenance or related field is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to document technical information clearly
- Experience with diagnostic tools and software for hardware troubleshooting
