Tanggung Jawab
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions efficiently, including cash, debit, credit card, and e-wallet payments.
- Provide professional and helpful service to all customers, answering product inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Prepare accurate daily sales reconciliation reports and manage cash float balances.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area to maintain a professional store appearance.
- Support the team in inventory tracking and administrative tasks as needed.
- Promote ongoing store promotions and membership programs to drive customer engagement.
- Maintain high levels of security and confidentiality regarding store transactions and customer data.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level of High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in a Retail Service role is highly preferred.
- Strong numerical proficiency and experience with manual or digital cash handling.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, honest, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in using basic office software and POS systems.
- Willing to be placed in Bukittinggi, Sumatera Barat.
