Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service, product information, and assistance with purchases
- Maintain organized cash registers and ensure daily reconciliation of sales and receipts
- Operate payment processing equipment including credit card machines and mobile payment systems
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and store merchandising
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to company policies
- Uphold cleanliness and orderliness of checkout areas and customer service zones
- Collaborate with sales team to support promotions and store operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service role preferred
- Proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic financial software
- Strong numerical accuracy and cash handling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
