We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Sipil to join our team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing construction, facility maintenance, and infrastructure development projects that support our nationwide logistics operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and supervise construction progress for warehouses, distribution centers, and office facilities.
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering blueprints to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control protocols.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, budget utilization, and material procurement.
- Perform structural assessments and coordinate necessary maintenance for existing facilities.
- Ensure all civil engineering works comply with local government regulations and environmental standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience in construction or facility management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SAP2000, or other related civil engineering software.
- Strong understanding of structural design, construction materials, and project scheduling.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and project supervision as required.
- Strong grasp of health and safety (K3) regulations in the construction industry.
