We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Staff Software Engineer to join our dynamic technology team in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, architecting, and executing high-impact software solutions that power our next-generation climate and industrial technologies. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of highly scalable, secure, and resilient software applications.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to software engineering teams to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers, system architects, and global stakeholders to define software requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Drive best practices in software development, including code reviews, continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD), and automated testing.
- Identify and resolve complex technical bottlenecks, performance issues, and system vulnerabilities.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to ensure our software stack remains modern, efficient, and competitive.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or staff-level capacity.
- Proven expertise in backend or full-stack development using languages such as C++, Java, C#, or Python.
- Strong experience in system design, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Demonstrated experience with modern DevOps tools, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
