As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for defining technical strategy, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring junior engineers. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy large-scale identity and access management systems for Google's products and services.
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and architect secure, scalable identity solutions.
- Contribute to the evolution of identity standards and protocols, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and drive continuous improvement in engineering practices.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability and security.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and threats in digital identity to inform strategic decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of software development experience, with 5+ years in identity, security, or related domains.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Go.
- Deep understanding of identity protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML) and security principles.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions and drive consensus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in global teams.
- Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, contributions to identity standards bodies.
