Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement robust test automation frameworks using AI-driven tools and machine learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to identify and resolve quality bottlenecks early in the development lifecycle.
- Build "Developer-First" testing tools that integrate seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct performance testing, load testing, and security validation for critical global infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in software quality assurance and code reviews.
- Analyze code quality metrics and propose architectural improvements to enhance system reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or QA Automation Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in automated testing scenarios.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of improving code quality and reducing technical debt.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
