Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supply chain excellence? Infineon Technologies, a global leader in semiconductor solutions, is seeking a Staff Specialist Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team in Penang. In this pivotal 1-year contract role, you will provide critical backend procurement support, leveraging your analytical skills to drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness within our manufacturing environment.
As part of our procurement team, you will be responsible for translating complex data sets into actionable business insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize procurement processes, manage vendor performance, and ensure that our supply chain operations remain resilient and agile. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Manage end-to-end backend procurement support activities for regional manufacturing operations.
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and maintain high standards of vendor compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management regarding procurement KPIs.
- Coordinate with logistics and production planning teams to ensure seamless material flow.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts, tender documents, and purchase agreements.
- Maintain database integrity within SAP/ERP systems to ensure accurate reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or data analysis roles.
- Strong proficiency in SAP (or equivalent ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, manufacturing-driven environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
