Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver world-class customer service by providing expert advice on our extensive selection of wines and spirits.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their preferences and suggest suitable product pairings.
- Maintain impeccable store cleanliness, stock organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system while adhering to company policies.
- Manage inventory levels, perform regular stock takes, and restock shelves as required.
- Handle product inquiries and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail, preferably within the hospitality, beverage, or luxury goods sector.
- Strong passion for and basic knowledge of wine, spirits, and international beverage brands.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
- Strong integrity, reliability, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using digital POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
