Tanggung Jawab
- Lead structural design and analysis for diverse building types using industry-standard software (ETABS, SAP2000, Revit)
- Develop detailed engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian SNI codes, ASCE standards, and seismic safety requirements
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and provide construction support
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer reviews of engineering deliverables
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control for structural engineering components
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural systems with architectural and MEP designs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in structural design and analysis
- Professional Engineer (PIPI) license or equivalent international certification
- Expertise in seismic design and high-rise building structural systems
- Advanced proficiency in structural engineering software (ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes (SNI) and international standards
- Proven track record of managing complex engineering projects from concept to completion
- Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder collaboration
