Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily finishing operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently.
- Maintain and enforce strict quality control standards for all wood finishing processes (paints, lacquers, stains).
- Train, mentor, and coach junior staff members to improve their technical skills and craftsmanship.
- Monitor inventory levels of finishing materials and coordinate with procurement for timely restocking.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the finishing workshop.
- Report production performance, defect rates, and maintenance needs to upper management.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing, specifically in the finishing department.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of wood finishing techniques, chemical safety, and equipment operation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or vocational degree in carpentry, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software is a plus.
