PT. Agreya Berkah Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Supply Chain Management to join our growing team in Bogor. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in streamlining our logistics and procurement processes to ensure seamless operations. As part of our Hospitality & Tourism division, you will be responsible for ensuring that our inventory levels are optimal, supplier relationships are maintained, and delivery schedules are strictly followed. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability and prevent shortages.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records of transactions and shipments.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding logistics and safety.
- Resolve supply chain issues and expedite deliveries when necessary.
- Collaborate with the operations team to forecast future supply needs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar supply chain or logistics role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, warehousing, and transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
