Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute tactical supply plans that balance demand forecasts with production capacity and inventory targets.
- Partner with sales, marketing, product management and manufacturing to ensure aligned demand and supply signals.
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while maintaining high service levels.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, providing data‑driven insights and recommendations.
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) to maintain accurate planning data and drive system improvements.
- Proactively manage risk and mitigate supply disruptions through scenario planning and contingency strategies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to best‑practice sharing across the supply planning organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or a similar supply chain role, preferably in semiconductor or high‑tech manufacturing.
- Proficiency with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle; strong Excel and data‑analysis skills are essential.
- Solid understanding of demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and S&OP methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving skills with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment with competing priorities.
- APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent certification is advantageous.
