Join Qorvo as a Staff Test Engineer and play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our next-generation RF and microwave technologies. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can drive test automation, reduce cycle times, and solve complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of test source code development, from initial enhancement and modification to the final troubleshooting of test solutions. Your work will directly support our engineering teams in Singapore, enabling faster time-to-market for critical wireless products. You will collaborate closely with product development and production teams to define robust test strategies that meet stringent industry standards.
By leveraging your deep expertise in automated testing and system integration, you will optimize our testing infrastructure to ensure high throughput and minimal downtime. We value a candidate who is not only technically proficient but also a strong communicator capable of documenting complex processes for global teams.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced automated test scripts and source code for RF and microwave component validation.
- Analyze test data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, implementing solutions to reduce test cycle times.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues within the test environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define and implement comprehensive test strategies and methodologies.
- Enhance existing test solutions and documentation to support evolving product requirements and yield improvements.
- Ensure all test equipment and software are calibrated, maintained, and operating within specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Test Engineering, with a focus on RF, Wireless, or Semiconductor testing.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or LabVIEW.
- Extensive experience with automated test equipment (ATE) and test development methodologies.
- Deep understanding of signal integrity, RF theory, and circuit analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
