Leuwijaya Utama Textile is seeking a motivated Staff Training to join our HR team in Cimahi, West Java. In this role, you will design, implement, and evaluate training programs that enhance employee performance and support the company's growth in the textile industry.
You will collaborate with department heads to identify training needs, develop curricula, and deliver engaging sessions both in-person and virtually. This position offers the opportunity to shape learning pathways for a dynamic workforce while contributing to a leading textile manufacturer.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assess training needs across departments and create detailed training plans.
- Design and develop curricula, training materials, and e‑learning modules tailored to the textile sector.
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding, safety, technical, and soft‑skill training sessions.
- Track and analyze training effectiveness using KPIs and provide reports to management.
- Collaborate with external training providers and manage vendor relationships.
- Maintain training records and update the company’s learning management system (LMS).
- Stay current with industry trends, new training methodologies, and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate training or instructional design.
- Proven ability to develop engaging training content and deliver interactive sessions.
- Strong organizational, planning, and project‑management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LMS platforms.
- Fluency in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- High sense of initiative, adaptability, and team collaboration.
