- Facilitate outdoor training sessions and team-building activities with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants throughout the activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist in the preparation, setup, and maintenance of outdoor equipment and facilities.
- Collaborate closely with the management team to deliver seamless event logistics.
- Monitor activity areas to prevent accidents and respond quickly to any emergencies.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Education is a plus.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or outdoor recreation is highly valued.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various outdoor environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse groups of people.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and first aid is an advantage.
