Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of building utility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting equipment.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure all systems are functioning optimally and safely.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs, renovations, and facility upgrades.
- Monitor utility consumption (water, electricity, gas) to identify trends and implement cost-saving measures.
- Maintain accurate records of facility logs, maintenance reports, and asset inventories.
- Respond promptly to emergency facility breakdowns and report incidents to management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Utility & Facility Management or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of building management systems and general facility operations.
- Familiarity with Indonesian safety standards (SNI) and local building codes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
