Join Google's dynamic UX team as a Staff UX Engineer specializing in Payments UX! In this critical role, you'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing seamless payment experiences that millions of users rely on daily. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative payment experiences across Google's products
- Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to translate user needs into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable UI components for payment flows and forms
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify improvement opportunities
- Establish technical standards and best practices for UX implementation within the Payments team
- Mentor and guide junior UX Engineers on technical best practices and design principles
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in UX engineering and payments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of experience in UX engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in payment systems or financial products
- Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
- Experience with responsive design and creating accessible interfaces
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design approaches
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
